Who is the Mille made for?
The Mille was designed for audiophiles and music lovers who expect absolute control and a reference level of performance from an amplifier. The Mille presents a dense and saturated midrange, yet free from artificial colouration. Macro-dynamics unfold freely, without any signs of compression, while micro-dynamics maintain the natural breathing and finesse of the recordings. The soundstage is built with a clear foreground, stable source localization, and rich acoustic information, all against a backdrop of absolute silence.
The Mille is a versatile system - it works excellently with a wide spectrum of loudspeakers. It is especially recommended for low-impedance designs (i.e. difficult to drive, requiring a very high current output amplifier), including magnetostatic speakers.
